To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we use two types of courier services:
🔹 Standard (Detained) Service
- For orders above 2.0 kg
- Estimated delivery: 4–6 working days
- (Excludes weekends, public holidays, and processing time)
🔹 Express (Overnight) Service
- For orders below 2.0 kg
- Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days
- (Excludes weekends, public holidays, and processing time)
⚠️ Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, political situations, or deliveries to remote/out-of-service areas.
📍 Order Tracking
You can easily track your order through the "Track Your Order" section on our website.
A tracking number will be shared via SMS once your order is dispatched.
📦 Shipment Handling
To ensure smooth delivery, we recommend not opening or inspecting the parcel at the time of delivery.
If there are any issues, don’t worry — you are fully covered under our Return Policy.
💳 Payment Method
All orders are confirmed via a verification call before dispatch.

- Cash on Delivery (COD)
